“Try this visualization exercise with your children to help them relax and calm their minds.”

Having children focus on a single object like a flower, can calm their minds, increase intuition and help them cope with difficult emotions by enhancing the functioning of the pineal gland.

Sit with your child in easy pose in front of a vase with a flower and star at it for 30 seconds. Then close your eyes and try to see the flower in front of you in your mind. You can repeat this for 4-10 times.

You can have your child draw the flower from memory after studying to help them become more observant and it increases their awareness.
