“Breathing and Sound are linked and help you relax, focus and hear your own unique voice.”

Here is a simple breath for the whole family to do outside in the yard, in nature or in your living room.

Sit up tall, legs crossed and relax your face.

Open your mouth and Breath in and out with a belly breath and do 3 times.

Then breathe in through your nose slowly (nose not pinched and nostrils open). and slowly breathe out of your nose making that the “hahah” sound. Continue for 2 minutes while covering your ears, with eyes closed and listen.

Notice where the sound is vibrating in your body. This is Sounding Breath and is calming and helps you focus.

Share your findings with Mom, Dad and your siblings after doing the breath. This breath will make you laugh too – so simple and easy to do with others.
