“Balance your whole spine and body with Rainbow Breath.”

The ‘Rainbow Breath’ cleans and brightens your whole body (7 chakras). Your whole spine is bright and alive with the colors of the rainbow!

Sit cross-legged with your hands on your knees, both you and your child. Imagine a rainbow hovering above your head. Inhale, breathing through your nose and arch your back looking up. Exhale, through your nose, rounding your spine looking down.

Repeat this seven times, breathing each color of the rainbow – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet; moving the breath up through the spine from your coccyx (tail bone) to the top of your head (crown). Let your spine move like a wave as you do this breath for 3 minutes.

Take a deep breath in and out and say three times – I Am Alive, I Am Alive, I, Am, Alive.
