“The lazy, relaxing days of August are perfect to practice good sleep patterns with the help of ‘Yoga Nidra’.

August is the month of bold energy with Leo with us and Leo rules the heart. It is a time to listen to your heart and to roar your own uniqueness. The lion’s heart is playful, creative and full of fun!

Along with Leo playfulness, Mercury is calling us to reflect during its retrograde for 3 weeks. It can be a time of spontaneous fun and surprises without too much activity.

And Numerology, is in agreement with the stars. August is a 7 universal month (08 + 8 (universal year) = 17 = 1 + 6 = 7) so is a time to slow down and recuperate. This 7 universal month is about reflecting on your personal development. It is time to ask yourself questions like, “Is my inner world reflecting my outer world of manifestation? Are they aligned?

Don’t be afraid to take some time to reflect upon what needs balancing in your life and what is the best way to do this. And listen to your own intuition, have fun, rest and be creative and grateful!

And take note that August 8 is a special day, a portal (8 day + 8 month + 8 year = 24). The triple 8 is powerful and represents lots of ”prana”, opportunities of abundance linked to your passion in life.
