Spring is here and time for great walks in parks and the woods. As a family take time and sit in nature, surrounded by trees, grass and spring flowers.
Close your eyes and slowly breathe in oxygen through your nose and imagine being filled with ‘green’ energy that make you feel good and alive. Then, slowly exhale and imagine the carbon dioxide you breathe out filling the plants and trees with well-being. Repeat the breath several times.
The trees and other plants are our friends as we breath in the oxygen the they make, and they breathe in the carbon dioxide we breathe out. Listen to the trees and plants and become one of them, full of green, vital energy.
