Not surprising, we are still in eclipse season, with May 5 bringing in a Lunar Eclipse. Eclipses are an opportunity to let go outmoded patterns and belief systems that keep you stuck to your ego’s limiting ways. The ego hates change and loves when you go into fear or uncertainty. Does that sound familiar?

From a Numerology point of view May is a 3 universal month (May = 5; 2023 =7) Add the 5 +7 = 12 (1+2 = 3). Three is all about having a positive mind, being creative and speaking from the heart.  So, April helped us ground to begin a new flow with a solar eclipse and now we have the opportunity to find a new way to express ourselves in May. The planets always show us the way to grow and upgrade ourselves.

For example, slowing down our daily living pace with work and other family responsibilities, being more connected to nature, reflecting and meditating more is a beautiful yin way of being more in touch with our natural self. Welcoming challenges helps us grow by processing old emotions and patterns. This approach brings us in touch with our intuition so we can draw what we want to us effortlessly.

Yes, we still need to plan our schedule and other daily activities but our approach is grounded in the “moment.” The minute we think of the future or past we are not fully in our body and not centered or grounded. We all know that feeling. It is a matter of being conscious of the movement of our mind. We can command the mind to work for us.
