Children can do easy pose at home, at school at their desks or during circle time. Easy pose is a relaxing and centering pose with mindfulness time at school or with a short meditation at home.
Sit on the floor, with your legs straight in front of you.
Bend your legs, bringing each knee to rest on the opposite heal.
Rest the tops of your hands onto your knees facing up with thumb and index finger touching.
Do the natural breath for 1-3 minutes for younger children. Older children can build up to 7 minutes.
