‘Meet Bubbles the Jumpy Fish and his mermaid friend Libby’. 

The attached video is a story of ‘Bubbles – the Jumpy Fish Who Learns How to Relax’. 

This is a fun activity with puppets for parents and children. The ‘2-in and 2-out BREATH’ will create a re-set button for the whole family to be relaxed, focused and calm all day long. And your children can do this breath anytime they feel the need whether walking the dog or working on a school project.

This two-part breath is a great breath to do first thing in the morning to clear, balance and focus your mind. Inhale in two equal parts. Exhale in the two equal parts. Do this breathing in and out from your belly. Continue for two to five minutes. To complete inhale and exhale deeply through both nostrils.

This breath will help your children feel relaxed when their mind is agitated, if they feel strong emotions or anxiety or they just need to slow the pace. It also builds energy, bringing more oxygen to all the cells of the body as well as calming the nervous system.
