“This easy to make and tasty Blueberry Pancake smoothie will be a hit on Mother’s Day!

Kids love this smoothie for breakfast! It is an easy recipe for your kids to make for you on Mother’s Day! Don’t worry if they throw the blueberries quickly into the blender and some land on the floor. 

1 medium banana (best to freeze first)

½ cup frozen unsweetened blueberries

¼ cup instant plain oatmeal

1 teaspoon maple syrup

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Dash of sea salt

How to make: Place the first 6 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses; sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately
