Winter is a great time to do some slow yoga poses, special breathing patterns (pranayama) and asanas, all to help increase focus, increase flexibility, balance the brain and to balance the the mind, body and spirit.

Try out one of these drop-in classes on Thursday evenings, at Berdhanya’s Teaching Centre at 36 Simcoe Street (close to Main/Lees Ave).

Starting: Weekly classes, Thursday, January 17 and onward.

Time: 6-6:45 p.m.

Cost: 1 child – $12; 2 chlldren – $20
