Spring is a great time to jump into family yoga drop-in classes that includes children with or without disabilities! FAMILY YOGA will give the family quality time together to relate in a special way as well as opening your imagination and discovering the inner you. Anamda gives a multidimensional, class filled with creative moves and activities in the moment along with special breathing patterns (pranayama), meditation, music and asanas, all to help increase focus, increase flexibility, balance the brain and to balance your mind, body and spirit.

Try out one of these drop-in classes on Thursday evenings, at Berdhanya’s Teaching Centre at 36 Simcoe Street (close to Main/Lees Ave).

Time: 6-6:45 p.m.
Cost: $16 for each class or $58 for 4 classes
What to bring: Yoga mat if you have one, bottled water
