“A belly laugh every day will keep the doctor away.”

Laughter is good medicine for your children and for the whole family. Summer is a great time to form a laughing circle when you are out in the park, or at the cottage or even on a hiking trail. 

So, lie on your backs in a circle with your heads pointing into the middle. Who ever laughs first, mimic that person and laugh out loud. 

Continue to laugh out loud until you are really laughing and when you can’t do it anymore, just rest, breathe, hold hands and enjoy. 

Laughter helps reduce stress and increases your energy, mood, digestion system, immune system, speeds healing and reduces pain.  Children work their navel point naturally when they laugh, almost like doing the Breath of Fire.
