How to do:
Sit in easy pose or rock pose (sitting on your heels); ensure that your spine is straight and that your body is relaxed.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through an O shaped mouth letting out the air forcefully. Use this exhale to release your frustration.
Do this breath from two five minutes.
Sit quietly afterwards and feel the benefit of this breath.
